You can check out cool stuff like 3D printing, sewing and fabric design, bike repair facilities, a LEGO hackspace, an Arduino lab and space for other projects, meetups, workshops and more. They believe everyone is a "maker" and envision the space being a creative place for so many. In addition to the bike repair tools, lego crafts, and 3D printing capabilities that will always be available, library staff pictures the space being used in a number of other ways including: downtown restaurants hosting tasting sessions, bike repair shops showcasing how to fix common bike problems, woodworkers carving, knitters tackling a project, designers and creatives holding ‘Pinterest’ type parties onsite, tie-dye projects, families stopping for creative play and so much more.

The space is located on the second floor of the East Lansing Marriott at University Place (300 M.A.C. Ave., Ste. 212) We’ll see you there tomorrow at 4 pm! For more information, visit the City of East Lansing Library webpage at
